Borne out of a longstanding friendship between Steve Nalepa and Duncan Laurie, the periodic Mind Melds were initiated by Steve and Todd Thille to bring together some of the brightest stars in electronic music and live video. Duncan's studio in Jamestown, Rhode Island has been the focal point for the activities.
